What happens when you take up Personal Training?

The first 6 weeks of Personal Training means results. You will have the chance to see your strength and fitness improve. Internal changes like appetite, mood, energy levels, sleep quality and more (results vary based on training experience) all occur within the first 6 weeks also. Most people do not see external changes in the first 6 weeks. This means outcomes such as weight loss or muscle gain. These take time for the body to adapt, but we guarantee these changes will happen and can happen as early as 14 days from commencing.
We provide nutrition and workout material to ensure you can get the body, lifestyle and confidence that you want. We want you to achieve permanent results that you can maintain, not short temporary results that can be damaging to your body. As you complete each workout every 4 to 8 weeks, we re-evaluate your progress.
