Synergy follows the best standard in early intervention by using a Key Worker model. A Key Worker is a therapist who collaborates with other professionals to integrate their strategies into one session. Instead of seeing multiple therapists, a Key Worker incorporates strategies from other professionals such as speech therapists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.
Why is a Key Worker Helpful?
- Get support in multiple areas at the same time.
- Build a strong, consistent relationship with one therapist.
- Fewer appointments and a more flexible way to include therapy in your child’s daily routine.
We will discuss whether Key Worker is the right fit for your child.
