Comprehensive assessments
We offer in-depth assessments to understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and needs across communication, physical development, and daily activities. These help guide personalised therapy goals and support plans.
Individual and group therapy
Therapy sessions are tailored to your child’s goals and learning style, delivered one-on-one or in small groups to encourage skill development and social interaction in a fun, supportive environment.
Guidance and support for families and support teams
We work closely with families, teachers, and support workers to create a united approach, helping everyone involved feel confident and equipped to support your child’s progress.
Parent education and coaching
We empower parents with practical strategies and tools to use at home, making it easier to embed therapy into everyday routines and maximise your child’s development.
Home programs
Customised programs are created for use at home to reinforce therapy goals between sessions, ensuring consistent progress that fits easily into your family’s routine.

our approach
Synergy follows the best standard in early intervention by using a Key Worker model. A Key Worker is a therapist who collaborates with other professionals to integrate their strategies into one session. Instead of seeing multiple therapists, a Key Worker incorporates strategies from other professionals such as speech therapists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists

Why is a Key Worker Helpful?
- Get support in multiple areas at the same time.
- Build a strong, consistent relationship with one therapist.
- Fewer appointments and a more flexible way to include therapy in your child’s daily routine.
We’ll discuss whether Key Worker is the right fit for your child.
