Group Fitness Synergy Fit –
Small Group Fitness Training Classes offered at Synergy involve a variety of 30 and 45 minute workouts. These involve high intensity interval training, boxing for fitness, strength, and conditioning, plus muscle group focused sessions to help you burn fat, build muscle tone and become fitter and healthier.
These sessions are for those of you that like to have fun while you exercise, and struggle to hit the gym alone. The feeling of achieving a great workout with a community of friends is like no other. There is a reason why people who get fit together, often have better results! Don’t let yourself down and try to do things on your own – commit to our group sessions and get the results you deserve.
Committing to personal training feel like too much? Be sure to check out our group fitness classes. This is a great alternative to at least get things moving and achieve some results!
Often our PT clients do both group training and personal training. This focuses building strength through resistance exercises, while improving their cardiovascular health through our group classes!
We have a capacity of 5 participants for the full body sessions and 8 participants for boxing fitness sessions.
This means you will receive 100% attention and focus from your Coach which allows you to learn proper technique, train with absolute safety and ensure you are exercising to your potential.

- Boxing for Fitness (45 minutes) Tuesdays 7pm
